FRIENDSHIPS

Hi, There!

Card Recipe:
Image is from QKR Stampede - Girl Friends - they look like the best of friends - such an adorable image and so much fun to color.  I used both Copic and Promarkers to color these cuties.

The paper is from Webster's Pages, the sticker letters are from Tim Coffey Papers
The label on top is a die from Martha Stewart along with the border dies that I used to mount the image.  I hand wrote the saying on the label and I fussy cut out the image to mount with foam tape so they would be 3-D.  Heart, ribbon, and buttons from my stash.

MUSIC AND ROSES

Hi, There!

This is my second card with using an Aurora Wings digital image - Flower Ballerina!  I absolutely love these digi images and they are certainly fun to color.  She looks so graceful and I can just imagine the petals floating all around her as she dances!  Hope you like it!  Stay warm - we have more snow coming our way tomorrow!  I will just think about flowers for awhile:)  Thanks for visiting - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

BUTTERFLY DREAMS

Hi, There!

I have had this image for awhile now and it was time to put her to the test for a card!  I did cannibalize my designer paper which I was cringing the whole time cutting it apart.  But I did want those extra butterflies from the background paper.  This image from Crafts and Me has such a dreamy look - I love it!  Used some copic colors together that I haven't tried yet and I like the combo.  Hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday afternoon.  Thanks for stopping by for a visit - till next time, Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

FANTASY

Hi, There!

Well, I absolutely adore fairies, elves, and anything in the realm of "fantasy"!  So when I discovered this great blog called Aurora Wings - it was love at first sight!  I can't wait for their first challenge - which will be in March.  In the meantime, here is an image I worked up from the fantasy line art by Mizti Sato-Wiuff of Aurora Wings!  She has such a dreamy look and perhaps she is looking for her Prince.  So I think there is some love in the air with her.  Hope it takes you away to some fantasy realms of your own!  Till next time, Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Papers are from Vintage Spring Basics/Maja Designs and Provo/ Four Seasons.  I distressed the background paper and rolled down the front portion to show the ribbon behind.  Ribbon and lace is from Live and Love Crafts.  I used frantage on the paper.  Lots of stardust and liquid pearls on Elven.  Flowers are from LLC and Wild Orchid Crafts and the Cheescloth, and the pearl stick Pin is from LLC.

LOVE - NEW BEGINNINGS

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

Hi, There!

Hope you are all doing okay.  It has warmed up a little here and now everyone is getting ready for the "Big Game"!!  Me?  Nah - I will be in my craft room having fun knowing everyone else is content with sitting in front of the big screen or little screen!!  LOL

 Card Recipe:  Image is from Penny Black - Hugs/Margaret Sherry Collection and the image has been colored with  Copic Markers.  Framed with Spellbinders Nestabilities Large Circle.  I made an envelope from vellum and stuck a little card inside.  Rhinestone hearts and daisy flowers from stash.  I made the paper flower and glossed up the balloon with clear dimensional glossy accents.  Stardust here and there!
