PARTY TIME!!

Hi, There!
This is a first ever for me and I am very excited to say that I have been asked to be a Guest Designer over at 613 Avenue Create for the celebration of their one year blogaversary!  I want to say thank you to Chana and Kathi for giving me this wonderful opportunity to have my work showcased.  You have a great neighborhood and I love visiting everyone on Avenue 613!

To my followers, please go check out their Block Party at 613 Avenue Create and join in the fun and lets help Chana and Kathi go beyond their 500 count of followers!!  Just go and follow the instructions to be part of the festivities and have a chance to win some great prizes!!

There are many great sponsors for this event but I am using a digital image from the sponsor  A Day For Daises and the image  is called A Braid in My Hair and you can find it here.  Now this is rather unique, as my first digital stamp bought was with ADFD so it only goes to show that I am keeping with the "firsts" for me for the New Year!

Hope you join in on the fun and here is my card to celebrate!

Color, Sights and Sounds of Winter

PS - This Card Won Over At Crafting When We Can!!  Winners Circle!!  Yeah!!
Hi, There!

I have had this digital image Kai In the Snow for a long time and now is the time to use it!  I use to bundle up my kids when they were little so you could only see their faces - only red cheeks and little red noses - so this image is special to me!!  It has been cold here on the East Coast but now we are going into 50 degrees - mother nature is really very fickle - not that I am that upset with  50 degrees!! LOL  Thanks so much for stopping by - if you are experiencing these cold, cold, temps, stay warm, till next time, Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

613 Avenue Create Challenge #53 Anything Goes with an optional twist of color, sights and sounds of winter
Crafting When We Can #60 - Outside

Card Recipe:
Papers used are from Graphic 45 A Place In Time, and Vintage Frost Basics.  The image from Mo Manning's has been colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut. The tags are punched out and stamped with sentiments from Lili of the Valley.  The snow flakes are all punched from various Martha Stewart punches - twice - once in blue and once in white.  The border is from Memory Box/Frostyville Border and run thru a crimper to give it a snow feel for the little guy sitting on the mound of snow and I think catching snowflakes on his tongue!!  Lots of stardust here and there!!

2013 WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE OF CARDS

Hi, There!
I like doing this as I always surprise myself at how many cards I have made during the year.  So here is my yearly stroll down my memory lane of cards.  Just a few of my favorites.  Hope you enjoy.
Since I am taking a little mini vacation, I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year.  Thanks so much for visiting me on my blog.  It means a lot to me to know I have friends that like my cards!  I also enjoy visiting with all of you and so - here is to us - for a very creative year in 2014!
Until then, create with love and keep a smile in your heart!
Big Hugs,  CaroleAnn

As always the last card is for my Mom as this blog is in her memory.
Someone special that encouraged me to create with love!

FAVE MO'S DIGITAL IMAGE CHALLENGE

Hi, There!

This is a hard one because I have so many favorites and surprised myself once I took a look back memory lane on just how many cards I have made with a Mo Manning Digital image!

Just love every single one.
But because of how I feel about my sister, I am picking this one that I made for her.  It has a tag tucked inside of it with a message for her.  This was a fun card to make.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing all your encouraging comments over the course of this year.
Looking forward to seeing and maybe finding new blog friends for 2014!!

However you celebrate your holidays, I wish you happiness and love.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!  Big Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

SNOWFLAKE CAS

Hi, There!
Well, I did not think I would be back with any type of cards but I managed to get some CAS cards done over the weekend so here is one that I created.  Hope you are getting all your projects done and getting things crossed off your To Do List!  I am so behind, I just gave up and decided I can work with what I have done and enjoy the Season for what it is all about!  Family and Friends and Love!  Which is what I wish for all of you!  See you in 2014!  Big Hugs ~  CaroleAnn

I would like to enter this card for the following challenges:
613 Avenue Create  #50 - "Anything Goes/With a Twist CAS"
Addicted To CAS #28 - "Snowflakes"
Allsorts Challenge #237 - "Snowflakes"

I kept the card real simple and just used an embossing folder on the front of the card.  Wrapped around the red and silver ribbon and finished it off with a pretty red and silver snowflake!

Hi, There!
I am excited to share this trifold card with you today as I broke down and used some paper that I have been hoarding for a year now!!  I am very stingy when it comes to using my Graphic 45 papers for any card design.  But for this one, I went all out.  I am going to send this card creation to my daughter for Christmas.  The Nutcracker Sweet was one of her very favorites during the holiday season.  Thanks so much for visiting me today and I hope you enjoyed your weekend and found time to do something creative too!  Till next time, Hugs ~  CaroleAnn
