Just to say Hi and wish you all a great weekend!
Soooooooo Happy for Friday! I have nothing to post but I have been in my art room coloring away on some fun images. I am just in a coloring frenzy and will have to put everything together next week. I have to try to remember to jot down the colors I use - I am usually in a rush and never think to do that - so I apologize if I have no color listings - I will have to make an effort on that front of card designing;) Take care - I have been visiting you all and loving the creativity while I sip my java! Thanks for sharing and being there! Have a great weekend! Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Spring Showers/May Flowers
Hi, There
Saturated Canary Challenge #15
When I read that Saturated Canary was doing a challenge on "Spring Showers" - it was a perfect excuse for me to color another Krista Smith image - like I need any excuses! lol This is an easel card so I did take a few photos for you to take a peek inside. The library that is located not far from where I work is celebrating their 100 year anniversary! Since I visit them quite often on my lunch break, I decided to give them this card in celebration! Hope they like it!
I used copic markers to color the image and all flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts and the papers are from my stash. I added a text stamp from Penny Black and I computer generated the Happy Anniversary etc.

Thinking of You
Hi, There!
I am using an image from Krista Smith - she is an awesome artist - love her work! I am entering this card in the Thinking of You Challenge #14 at Saturated Canary. This image touched my heart. Just had to make a card for someone special to me. I colored her with Copic markers and I used Once Upon A Time paper. Verve "Thinking of You" stamp on a MS punch, and the other text was computer generated. I used pearl adhesives from Recollections, flowers and ribbon from my stash. Hope you like it! Everyone have a great weekend. Till next week - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

A Day For Daises Challenge #40 "Found Paper"
Hi, There!
My Oh La La card for A Day For Daises challenge #40 "Found Paper". They have an awesome new set of images! I love them. I made this card using the "Befuddled" image. She is so Marilyn!! I have to make her in more than just these soft tones! Next one, I am thinking - juicy red lips! lol I left the card very plain "for me anyway";) I colored her with soft copic markers and I used DP Once Upon A Time/DCWV. Wrapped some colored cording around the background paper. The found paper is peeking out from the "Oh La La" stamp (Uptown Design) and I found it wrapped around my sweater from the cleaners! It was the perfect color for this card! Here she is:
Now here is a close up as I do not think the "Oh La La" came out that well in this shot. It was embossed with copper.
Oh, well, I really need photography lessons. Till next time, have a great evening. Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Missing You Cards
Hi There! Have this "missing you" card that I will send to me sister. I used Bo-Bunny papers on the blue card, a Martha Stewart punch on the side and one of her die punch for the text. Added a doily, and a rose and some bling from Recollections. The image is from Magnolia and the stamp text is from Verve's collection of Hope Blooms.
The next card I would like to enter into Magnolia's Springtime Challenge. I used the same Magnolia Stamp and Verve stamp as my blue miss you card, but a card of a different color using S-E-I paper that I didn't even know I had. Once I saw all those butterflies just had to make another card and I made it an easel card. Apologize for poor lighting - no sun today so I am having a rough time focusing my cards! Thanks for visiting and enjoy the rest of your day! Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
