Birds of a Feather

Hi, There!

I love the birds - we have many birds that flock around our feeders.   I have a bird feeder outside my craft room window and sometimes I just get lost in watching them feed!  Something very calming about watching birds and they make me smile;)  I also found out that I have a coworker that told me her niece loves owls.  So this was a perfect image for my card.  Beautiful digital image from Aurora Wings, called Sisterhood. I was excited to color this image and getting impatient to find the time to accomplish it.   But finally this weekend opened a door of opportunity for me to color and get lost in moments of fantasy daydreaming!!  She is a digital image  by Morgan Fitzsimons called Fae 17!  Check her works of art out here.  What fun to color these beautiful images.  You know how much I love fairies!! Hi, There!

Two of my grandchildren will be turning Sweet Sixteen during the month of April.  They are twins and this will be the first time in their sixteen years that they will be apart.  One of them will be traveling to Paris, France and turning 16 while she is there with her French Class while her twin brother will be here in the States celebrating at home with all of us and all of us will be missing her!!  So this is the card that he asked me to make for her and he will write his special note to her and we'll tuck it into her suitcase - so it is a surprise.

A FORTUNE TELLER FOR YOU

Hi, There!

I would love to go to a fortune teller sometime, I think it would be fun!  I took a course in Tarot Reading but to be honest - I collect the Tarot cards because I love their art work of images! Now there is a card inside my envelope but it is a fortune for someone special and I can't show it here! :)

I used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil called "Fortune Teller' and I absolutely love how Mo caught the very essence of this woman.  I just know she is viewing some good stuff through that crystal ball!  I hope you all have good fortune for the rest of this week.  Thanks for spending time with me - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Hi, There!
My final post for tonight with my final St. Paddy's Day card.  This image is from Mo Manning called Paddy and he is just so cute.  Love his hat - my hubby has a hat like that and yes he is Irish and Scotch! IRISH DANCER

Hi, There!
Yes I am in a St. Patrick's Day mode - I had some of these images for awhile and I finally got around to coloring them and so here they are popped into a card design. I have one more to post tonight.  This one is by Mo Manning called Irish Dancer and was a delight to color and she makes me smile.  I kept the card real simple as the image is the impact.  If you have ever seen Irish Dancers dancing then you had a treat!  Where I take line dancing lessons, they had a group of girls demonstrate their "stuff" for us as the very talented Irish Dancers that they were!  The foot work is awesome!  Fun to watch!  Thanks for visiting with me - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
