SPRING WISHES FOR YOU

Hi, There!

I think it might be safe enough for me to post a card wishing everyone "happy spring"!  I am seeing some crocus pop up and the start of some daffodils in warmer climate south of me.  So, yes it is on its way.  So here is my card - it was very hard to pick a spring type image to color.  I have so many lovely images and I wish I could be home all day coloring but, alas, it is not the case:(  But then, how could I afford to buy my stamps or digital images!!! Catch-22!!  This image is called Anastasia from Make It Crafty!!  So much fun to color if you like big eyes and big hair!!!  LOL  Until next time, take care, and thanks for stopping by and I wish for you lots of spring like weather!!

I have not found the time to visit all the lovely blogs and leave comments here and there.  We are deep into basketball tournaments and my husband and I travel with my grandson to all his games.  So when we do not have practice runs, we have games!!  Last year we got to go to New Orleans!!!  All very exciting.  But I have to tell you, we are getting too old for bleachers so we got ourselves some nice stadium seats so I hope our backs will be thanking us soon!   Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Card Recipe:
Image from Make It Crafty - digital image "Anastasia" colored with the following Spectrum Noir Markers:
Skin  FS2 FS3 FS4 FS6 FS8 FS9
Hair  TN1 TN2 TN3 TN4 TN5
Flowers  GT1 GT2 GT3  CR3 CR4 CR6
Eyes same as hair with a touch of GT3 and glossy accents, hair has wink of stella and flowers are splashed with stardust here and there.  I used metal silver corners from LLC, and my die cut is from Spellbinders called Comtemporary Circles and I used a Martha Stewart punch that I cut in half and stamped with a SU sentiment "Spring Wishes".  DP is from my stash and so is the paper flowers and a touch of lace under the image at the bottom.
