Hi, There!
A little break from our Grandson's basketball tournaments and a little time to create a card. We all have summer time moments to remember but I think this young lady has some awesome moments to recall! - Carefree summers at the beach with friends and being treated to a delicious ice cream cone to cool off!!
I used papers from Simply Stories/Good Day Sunshine, paper doily and paper flowers from Recollections. The image from Delicious Doodles has been colored with Copic Markers and Spectrum colored pencils for shading. Some Stardust on her flowers, beads, and her cone. Put two brads in the center of her hair flowers and cut the image out with a Spellbinders oval die cut. Applied some washi tape in the left hand corner and cut out some icons from the paper to make little note cards and used a few pink rhinestones here and there. Glossy Accent on her sunglasses.
Hope you all enjoy your last days of summer and have some wonderful moments to remember. I hope to get to one more "summer time" card before I switch to creating back to school and fall-type cards. Thanks for stopping by, till next time we meet ~ Hugs, CaroleAnn
