Hi There!
Too cold outside to be gazing at the starry night but once the warmer weather is here, that is something to behold as we do not have that much light pollution.
My daughter eyed this background that I made and wanted a card made with it. So this is for her birthday next week. I think she will like it as the little girl silhouette reminds me of her with the two pigtails that she had at that age!
This little girl and her kitty seem to be enjoying the night sky. It will be more daylight for us starting this weekend!!!! Yay!!! Thanks for stopping by and hugs and blessings always ~ CaroleAnn
Card Recipe:
Hero Arts/Star Light Star Bright Bold Prints background - used Distress Oxide Inks to make this background. Added some stardust to a few of the stars. Over the background, using Versafine Black ink, stamped images from Hero Arts/Wish I Might stamp set - tree, little girl, swing, grass, and kitty.
Used a die from LaLaLand Crafts/January 2017 Kit - cut the words "Make A Wish" from silver glitter paper. The sentiment embossed in silver is from the same kit "It's Your Birthday". This is an A2 size card.

ReplyDeleteThis card is gorgeous! That sky is absolutely incredible and I really love how you built a whole scene with the girl as the focal point. Pig-tail memories are precious and you brought back a lot of sweet and tender emotions for me with this card. It is lovely in every way and I'm so glad you shared something so magical with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
