Singing In The Rain Card

Hi, There

I am so far behind that I am posting on a Saturday!!  But I wanted to share this card with you.  I would like to enter this card into Mo's Challenge #128 Photo Inspiration .  Love Mo's images - I have so many to choose from but because it is a very rainy day here and everyone is going crazy being indoors - UGH!  - I hid in my art room and did this card using Mo's Digi image of Singin in Rain!  Hope you like it.   Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend! PS  We do need the rain here!
 Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

I used paper from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchids Crafts and Verve Stamp "Blue Skies".  Colored this darling with Copic markers.  I gave you a closeup also as I gave her raincoat and boots a shiny texture and that did not show in this first photo shot.  :)
There we go!

Simply Adorable Card

Hi, There
Well, you know me enough by now to not be surprised that I had to do another Tilda Magnolia Stamp in a different color - just can't help myself !!  The paper is from my stash and I wish I could remember where it came from as it had stickers to match - which I used on this card along with some bling from Studios18.  Keeping it simple - no flowers;)  Have a good night.  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Recital Card

Hi, There
I am off to work so have to make this fast.  I love this Tilda stamp and I could see a little girl bowing after her recital - (took tap dancing lessons when I was once a "wee" one) - and I made her a little corsage for her efforts on the front of the card.  Hope you like it!  Have a great Tuesday.  See ya later.
Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
Paper is from my stash, red flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and the rest from Recollections including
the bling added!

April Showers Bring.....

Hi, There!

Just finished my granddaughter's second card - now I am done!  She just went out with her Mom so I am posting this fast before she returns.  Papers are from my stash and flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts - love those flowers!!  Image from Saturated Canary and a Spellbinder label.  I used Liquid Pearl for the rain drops on her hair - made a close up so you can see those better but I realized it is not a sharp image - sorry.  No more time.  Putting the rain drops on her hair - that was fun!  Have a great weekend. Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Happy Birthday with Attitude Card

Hi There!

Everyone is out and it is so quiet - I get to create.  So first Birthday card for my granddaughter is done - one more to go.  I am entering this card into Saturated Canary's Challenge #13 "Twine".  I love Krista Smith's art work - check it out - if you love to color, these images are just great and I love the big eyes.  I am addicted to these Digi images!  I am running back to my art room to see if I can get one more card done! :)  This image was perfect as my granddaughter (one of a twin) was born with lots of attitude ;)  Enjoy your Sunday - gorgeous weather for us in the East!!  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
I used BoBunny Paper and the text HB is from SU.  Twine and heart from my stash!  I love this little girl. I have included a close up of her face!  So much fun to color - I used Copic markers.  Hope you like it.

Grandson's Happy Birthday Cards

Hi, There!
This was not easy for me this time around.  A little boy card is less intimidating but a 14 year old card ! Ugh!  He is a no frill type of guy and very into sports, martial arts, and of course video games!  But this is what I have and I made sayings up for the inside that I will put together later.  Now on to my 14 yr old granddaughter - as long as I do not use pink - it should be easy - I hope!  Thanks so much for stopping by and all the comments - I get excited to check everyday to see who has said "hello" - love it!  Have a great weekend if I do not get back!
Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Birthday Card for My Grandson

Hi, There!

Well, I am surprising myself with what I am getting accomplished!  Really - there is no American Idol tonight so I am not in front of the TV! lol
Here is my Grandson's card - he turns 2 this Friday and he is his Daddy's little Fixer Boy so what better image than Mo's Digi Fixer Boy!  Colored with my copics and used Webster's Pages for background, spellbinder label stamped with SU text.  Heart MS punch, twine and two buttons from my stash - which just happened to be a great find for this card!  Have a great evening - I have to get back to more coloring ;)  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Nostalgic Sundays for Cards

Happy Sunday Afternoon!

Thinking of entering the Mo's Digital Pencil challenge - I actually have to make a card for a co-worker's little granddaughter and she liked all the Mo's images - can't say I blame her as it is so hard to pick which one to color all the time for me!  So perhaps I will make a few different ones for her to choose from.  Enjoy the rest of your Sunday - thanks for stopping by and as always thanks so much for all those wonderful comments!  I love reading all of them!  Nice to feel loved ;)  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
Here is an old card of mine - I think this is Tim Coffey paper and flower!

Pixie of a Different Color

Hi, There

I got my last two pixie girls colored and incorporated into cards.  I am still using my papers from Graphic45's Once Upon a Springtime and other papers from my stash. Image is from A Day for Daisies.
For both cards,  I used my copic markers and shaded the edges with chalk.  The lace and flowers are from Michaels. The large flower I colored with my copic markers to match her wings.  Pearls from Recollections. MS punch.  Hope you like them - have a great weekend!  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

And here she is in green - maybe she is a good luck pixie!
