RED RIDING HOOD/FAIRY TALES/WEREWOLF OR VAMPIRE

Hi There

Okay, I love this image called "Melissa" from Crafts and Me by Artist Hannah Lynn.  Loved coloring her and her wolf.  My only dilemma was in my imagination as I was working on her - was she Red Riding Hood, the Fairy Tale; or since she has these tiny fangs is she a vampire; or is she a werewolf with her Wolf-man?   Now, if you saw the movie - Wolf - starring, Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer, you will know why I am leaning towards the fantasy of "Wolf Lovers";)  Yes, I like scary movies!!  Thanks for stopping by, have a great evening, till next time, Hugs ~CaroleAnn

SWEET LITTLE GIRL

Hi, There!
Hope your Monday evening finds you relaxing before bedtime!  I am so ready for my PJ's and a nice warm comforter right now but just wanted to post this card before bedtime!  Sugar Nellie has a great sketch to follow and also an optional color theme - check it out.

I had this Sugar Nellie image for a while now and I was excited to color it.  It is called Joy Sitting.  Such an adorable image to color - I used my Copic Markers and the papers are from K&C Handmade, and Merryweather, DCWV/Four Seasons, and Lost & Found/Sunshine.  Butterfly is from my stash.  Pearls are from Recollections and the Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Hope you like it and thanks for taking a peep, have a great night.  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

LOVE FALL COLORS CARD

Hi There!
I hope your enjoyed your weekend!  Today was a good day for me so I was able to get a card done for two challenges.

Since I love the fall this was a challenge I could not ignore.  Autumn Colors!!!
For me personally, I get my strength from nature - just looking at the beautiful colors and inhaling and letting nature enter into my soul - revives me - if you can know what it is I am trying to convey!

I had some great colors popping around in my head and put this card together by using DP from K&C Handmade and Merryweather and also DCWV Four Seasons.  The butterflies from MS punches and I used Kraft paper and colored with Copics and lots of stardust.  Flowers, Doily, Lace, Flourish Corners - all from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Image is called "Blossom"  from Lily of the Valley and colored with my Copics. Rhinestones, fall leaves, and ticket are from Recollections. It doesn't really show up in my photo but I did stamp some leaves on the background paper. Stamp sentiment is from Inkadinkado.

Here's  looking forward to some wonderful autumn colors to come our way here on the East Coast of upstate New York - using my favorite sweatshirts to keep out the fall wind chills - and sipping a cup of Chai-Spice tea - thanks so much for stopping by - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

No card - just hello - and taking a break

Hi, There!
I hope I find you well and I know I have found you all very busy with all your creativeness! I personally have been very busy with family and back to school errands lately.  But I am still visiting all my blogging friends but not doing much myself.  I have been in my craft room only for the occasional need to color my world!  I think I am taking a break.  Kind of ran into a wall and just went down - for awhile anyway.  I love visiting you and I will be back very soon with some cards - so don't forget me - I am still there in your blogging world! Big Hugs and I am loving all the creativeness I am oohing over!!
