Hi There!

SNOWFLAKES AND LOVE

Hi There!

This is a card I made using one of Mo Manning's images but I can't use it for their challenge as this is a card and the challenge over there is anything but a card.  But it is such a cute image - I had to use it again.  She is the cutest little baby girl fairy and I love the crystals on her wings.  She is loving her snowflake ball that she made - lots of fun to color.  I haven't had much time to play with all the festivities coming our way - like Turkey Day;) - I am doing all the cooking but I enjoy it!  So if you celebrate Thanksgiving - have a happy and blessed one and I hope surrounded with loved ones.  Thanks so much for stopping by - till next time - Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Stampin' for the Weekend - Feeling Festive

Image is colored with Copic Markers.  I used some of my new embellishments from Live & Love Crafts - Magnolia pink flowers, love lite bulb, glass bubbles, - my papers are Classic Elegance/Melissa Frances, paper white roses, silver corners and little pearl heart from Wild Orchids Crafts, the little roses and pearl flourishes from my stash, I used some cheesecloth behind the flower arrangement and used some fran-tage on the papers and the image - aged rose and shabby pink embossing enamel, snowflakes in the flower arrangement and the snowflake garland are from my stash and I sprinkled some Fran-tage - silver halo mix - here and there on the flowers etc.  I tried for some closeups but sorry they are not too clear!

 This shows the love bulb
This I tried to show the snowflake trinkets added to the flower arrangement.
Tried to show you a closer view of the glass bubbles and the sparkle trim along the side.

POST FOR YOU

Hi There!
First -
I have to show you my Candy Apples and then tell you something really funny.
I couldn't eat them - too sticky for my poor teeth!  My grandkids gobbled every last one so that made me happy but it was pretty funny after all this I realized my teeth are too old.  I would have been doing a "Mrs. Doubtfire" - you know the movie scene where the teeth are in the glass!!  LOL

On to my card -  I made another card using Winter Skates Tilda - love this image and I think as she sits on top of her postcard,  she is thinking about what she wants for Christmas with the surrounding postage stamps as images of her thoughts.  As always, thanks for visiting with me and I enjoy all your comments and thank you for taking the time to send me a note or two!  And now I will enjoy some red wine - easier on the teeth:)  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

APPLE BLOSSOMS

Hi, There!   PS - THIS CARD WON TOP 3 AT 7 KIDS CHALLENGE !!  Thank you for choosing my card!!  Yahoo!!

Hope my post finds you well.  Since Halloween, I have been obsessed with the thoughts of red Candy Apples.  I like them just plain - red candied - not with nuts and not with coconuts.  Funny how hard it is to find just one red candied apple.  The supermarkets here sell them but they all have something on them - alas! I will have to make my own so I bought some crisp apples and will be making them this weekend.  So onto my card - This is an Elizabeth Bell  rubber stamp image called "Apple Blossoms" and I love her sweet face and her long pony tails.  She looks like she picked some of the best apples in town!  Thanks for stopping by and till next time, here is to apple picking and red "plain" candied apples:)  Hugs ~ CaroleAnn
