Well, I tried making a card with 3 layers to it. I used a mermaid from Magnolia Stamps and the papers and stickers are from K&Company/Tim Coffey Travel. The text stamp is from Crafty Secrets/Mermaids Set. Colored the little mermaid with Copic Markers. The tag inside the card is from Websters Pages.
